Manastir Resort is one of the most ambitious and luxurious projects created in the recent years.
The project was planned and realized by Architect
Assoc. Dean of the School of Architecture, at the National Technical University of Athens, Athanasios Pagonis. The architectural concept brings in the present a reflection of past history to create a visual impact of the past in our days.
Manastiri Resort will be managed by the Finman Group – leader in the technical, administrative, financial and organizational management of residential buildings and businesses. Founded in 2016, FINMAN is among the prominent Financial Management groups of the Western Balkans.
IR Real Estate Management Company is the other management company – founded in September 2016. The company offers a wide range of services such as: Purchase and leasing of real estate, development of existing properties, market research for new investments and management of common facilities.
The construction of Manastiri Resort was carried out under the supervision of AlbStar – a leading company in the civil and industrial construction sector in Albania, but not only. Founded in 1995, with over 20 years of experience, the company delivers quality engineering and project management, with a wide range of services.

ARENA CENTER
Conceived by renowned architectural studio, Archea Associated, led by world-renowned architect Marco Casamonti, the new National Stadium consists of a modern space not only for sports events but also for a variety of social and cultural activities, making it one of the most modern stadiums in Albania and the region.

Works performed in this complex project included welding and assembly works of about 30 000 linear meters of pressure pipelines with an average diameter of 150 mm as well as 25 000 kg of metal structures for pipeline overpasses.

NATIONAL RAILWAY
A complete reconfiguration of the existing railway network to enable efficient engineering solutions, in view of the problems encountered during project implementation.
THE ALTANA LUXURY RESIDENCE
is identified by its contemporary architectural features as its pure, simplistic shape enriched by tilted planes and holes. The usage of volumes creates a suggestive shadow play, enhanced by the red Persian marble. The 10-floor residence consists of 3 levels of underground parking, a mixed-use entrance level (commercial area and reception), and 9 levels of luxury apartments. The latter exist in 12 different typologies, varying in shape and size, and providing private terraces. The two public green terraces crown the design of the modern building.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF LAKE OHRID
Developed in several successive phases starting with the city water supply and phases I-III with sewage, 2 phases in the treatment plant, and replenishment of water supply systems in rural areas surrounding the city.
